Where do we start?
Some people come to me knowing something isn't quite right, but are not sure what. Their copy feels off, or the blank page has been staring at them for longer than they'd like to admit.
Others want me to manage their copy right from the start because they are clear that words are just not their thing.
Either way, we start with a chat. Not a brief, not a form.
I want to know what you do and why, who you love working with, and where you've been playing it safe or underselling what you actually do.
Then I write the real version - the one that's been floating around in your head but has struggled to make it out onto the page.

What I can help with
Website Copy
The pages people read before they decide to get in touch - the ones that make them feel like they already know you a little, before they've even said hi.
Website design
Words need a home that feels like you too. If you want both built by the same person, that's something I can do.
Articles & Blogs
The kind of writing that stays with someone, long after they've closed the tab.
Newsletters
Your voice, your perspective, in their inbox - in a way that makes them feel like you are speaking only to them.
In your corner
Or if you want someone on a more flexible basis, to read things, refine things, or think things through with, that's something I offer too.
A few things worth knowing
No long intake forms before we've spoken. No briefs to write before you know if we're even the right fit.
Some clients hand me a blank page and say go. Others have been writing for months and just need someone to look at what's already there. Most are somewhere in between. We start by getting clear on where you're at and what you're aiming for.
Every project is different - a page of copy is different to a full website build, and the price reflects that. Our first chat is where we work out what you actually need, including your budget, and create a plan that fits.
