Sarah — JuBE Art
Sarah had been trying to build her own website for months. She'd made a start, but something wasn't working — the result didn't feel like JuBE Art, and no amount of tinkering was fixing it.
When she came to me she handed the whole thing over. We talked through the audience, the aesthetic, and what she wanted people to understand when they landed on the site. From there I rebuilt it — new copy, new imagery, a structure that actually reflected the work they do and the people behind it.
One thing I gently pushed for: photographs of Sarah and her business partner on the site. Both are artists, and that matters to the people they want to reach. There's a natural resistance many business owners have to being seen — but when the people behind a business are part of what makes it special, hiding them is a missed opportunity.
Within a few days the site was live. For Sarah, it was the end of something that had been sitting on her plate far too long — and the beginning of an online presence that finally felt right.

Earth Song Alchemy is a business built entirely on intention. Natalie creates handcrafted healing tools — ritual candles, botanical oils, sacred soaks — from the heart. For a brand like this, where the energy behind each product is part of what’s being offered, nothing about how the business presents itself can be an afterthought. The copy, the visuals, the photography — all need to honour what the work actually is. Over time, that looked like refining copy, creating Instagram templates, guiding her photography briefs, and being there when she needed to bounce off.
None of it was locked into a formal arrangement. It was flexible, and built around what was actually needed.
